How it works
Calibrate
Tribety starts in the Tribety Equalizer. The CEO, leadership team, and a few key people calibrate the company across seven layers and a structured model of value pairs, designed to capture identity, relation, direction, knowledge, responsibility, and expression across any organisation. Each value pair works like a slider between two positive forces, such as tradition and experiment, or caution and risk awareness.
Identify the gap
For every value pair, leadership sets two positions: where the company stands today, and where it wants to go. The slider defines both balance and intensity, how much to lean one way, and how strongly that direction should shape behaviour. The distance between the two positions becomes the gap.
Filter the AI
Tribety turns the gap into a living Judgment Filter designed to close it, helping AI steer everyday work toward the company’s vision across all calibrated dimensions. When leadership updates the calibration, the Judgment Filter updates with it.
